National Liner uses a polyester felt liner supplied by an international supplier of materials used in cured-in-place liner systems.
Liners are designed for specific line segments. Each line to be rehabilitated is measured for diameter, length and depth. The line
is inspected for defects, including offset joints, broken or missing pipe, service connections, protruding taps and other conditions
that could preclude the use of a CIPP system for rehabilitation. This is accomplished by use of a CCTV inspection unit prior to the
final decision to line the pipe.
The liner is manufactured to meet specific requirements regarding wall thickness and structural requirements. The liner material is
subjected to numerous quality control checks in accordance to ASTM and specific contract specifications.
